About the Program
The Preferred Partner Referral Club is an opportunity for you to help someone in your personal or professional network — such as a family member, friend, group member, neighbor, colleague, associate and so on — save thousands of dollars on their closing costs when they buy or sell a property with Gloria. Total closing credits are based on a percentage of total value, and can be as high as $5,300.
What You Need to Do
Here’s what you need to do: nothing! There is absolutely no obligation on your part, and you do not have to lift a finger or spend a cent. Simply have whomever you refer to Gloria mention that, thanks to you, they qualify for membership in the Preferred Partner Referral Club. That individual or family will be entitled for the appropriate closing cost credit of up to $5,300. It’s that simple and easy!
Participating in the Program
Those eligible to participate in the Preferred Partner Referral Club must meet the following standard requirements:
- Verified referral
- Cannot be a signatory to a listing agreement, or to a buyer broker agreement.
- Cannot be registered or receiving benefits from another referral, real estate affinity, or relocation service program.
- Agree to work exclusively with Gloria Roma throughout the transaction.
