Lovingly nicknamed “PB” by its residents, homes in Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and South Mission are ideal for their prime location near some of the liveliest nightlife, shopping, dining, and recreation.

There is an information center at Mission Bay where anyone is free to gather more information about the hundreds of things to do in San Diego.
Residents of Pacific Beach are served by the San Diego Unified School District. The area includes several great elementary schools. Pacific Beach Middle School and Mission Bay Senior High School are both part of the International Baccalaureate program only offered here and at San Diego High School. For alternative education, there are several private schools in the area. Many higher education institutions have campuses near Pacific Beach, including San Diego State University and the University of California San Diego.
