When I was interviewing Realtors, the first thing that I look for is somebody that I can really get a long with. Someone who I can have really good compatibility with during the process.
Gloria came in with such fantastic ideas about what I could to do stage my home and prep it to get it perfectly open house ready. I had to go with her.
Looking at the laundry list of things I had to do to get my house ready was absolutely overwhelming. I was sure that I was going to have to spend a huge amount of money to get it ready. It ended up coming in at less than half of what I expected. I was incredibly pleased because Gloria helped me through that whole process. So it was fantastic.
Then when it was all done, I was kind of kicking myself wondering why I didn’t do all of it about 10 years before.
I kept hearing that it’s a ‘sellers market’. I was very hopeful that my home would sell quickly. I had no idea how quickly it was ACTUALLY going to sell. The fact that we had one open house and immediately after that I had a couple of offers coming in with more coming in the next day and more the day after that. I didn’t have to keep having open houses. I didn’t have to keep my home available for showing appointments. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was really because of all of the work we did leading up to that first open house that lead to the quick sale.
Gloria knew exactly what I needed every step of the way. I didn’t have to be a Realtor. I didn’t have to learn this process on my own or go through a checklist. All I had to do, was ask “what do I have to provide and where do I sign”? Throughout the entire process, I was assured that I had all of the right documentation, the right signatures in the right places and that made the process go so smoothly.
It’s a very daunting process because you want to be open and honest with the buyers, you want to make sure they know exactly what they are getting and you want to fill out everything that you can; Gloria helps you with the process.
