When we decided it was time to sell our house we weren’t sure what to do because we had never been in that situation before. So, I went online to look for a Realtor because I didn’t personally know any Realtors or any friends who had used one recently. I had several agents come out and I didn’t get a good vibe even though they were all nice and respectable. Yet, I didn’t feel that they had our best interest at heart.
Though, when we met with Gloria, it was totally different. We had an immediate connection. I felt like she listened and understood our situation. She helped us understand pricing and the things we could to do maximize our homes marketability in an affordable way. We felt really comfortable putting that in her hands because we trusted her.
It worked out really great. If I ever had to sell my home, I’d definitely use her as my Realtor and recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
