We met Gloria Roma while visiting our first open house. There was something about her that I liked, we just clicked. She was personable without being pushy and she seemed pretty smart. Gloria knew the market and I was impressed. She helped me and my forever man sell our separate homes and purchase one together.
When it was time to sell my house she did the research and told me that my house was worth $100k more than I thought. I told her she was crazy because I thought my house was worth $995k but she was right, I sold it for $1.1M. I was ecstatic!
