We met Gloria Roma while visiting our first open house. There was something about her that I liked, we just clicked. She was personable without being pushy and she seemed pretty smart. Gloria knew the market and I was impressed. She helped me and my forever man sell our separate homes and purchase one together.

When we decided it was time to sell our house we weren’t sure what to do because we had never been in that situation before. I’ve known Gloria for a couple of decades now. Our husbands are best friends from college. When we were ready to sell our house and find our retirement home. We knew exactly who we were going to go with. Over the years we know her to be smart and knowledgeable in her field. We hired her to both sell our house and to buy another house.

She did a very good job staging our home and getting it ready for sale because it sold faster than we expected for a very good price. There were several contingencies in play. Our buyer sold their house to people who had to sell their house and those people sold their house to people who sold their house to people who had to sell their house too. When I was interviewing Realtors, the first thing that I look for is somebody that I can really get a long with. Someone who I can have really good compatibility with during the process.

I didn’t have to keep having open houses. I didn’t have to keep my home available for showing appointments. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was really because of all of the work we did leading up to that first open house that lead to the quick sale.

All I had to do, was ask "what do I have to provide and where do I sign"? Throughout the entire process, I was assured that I had all of the right documentation, the right signatures in the right places and that made the process go so smoothly.
