I’ve known Gloria for a couple of decades now. Our husbands are best friends from college. When we were ready to sell our house and find our retirement home. We knew exactly who we were going to go with. Over the years we know her to be smart and knowledgeable in her field. We hired her to both sell our house and to buy another house.
She did a very good job staging our home and getting it ready for sale because it sold faster than we expected for a very good price. There were several contingencies in play. Our buyer sold their house to people who had to sell their house and those people sold their house to people who sold their house to people who had to sell their house too. It was a trickle-down effect that she was able to deal with.
She’s available, she’s extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about her job. We had a very good experience that could have been a very bad experience.
